At Earth School Advisor LLC, our work is deeply personal, time-based, and energetically customized for each client. Because every session, mentorship, circle, and retreat requires dedicated preparation and energetic commitment, we maintain the following policies to protect both our clients’ experience and the integrity of this work.

1. General Policy: All purchases, bookings, and deposits made through Earth School Advisor are non-refundable. This includes individual sessions, mentorships, circles, and retreats. Please book mindfully and reach out with any questions before confirming your purchase.
2. Energy Healing, Spiritual Guidance, and Mentorship Sessions:

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty by contacting hello@earthschooladvisor.com.
Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session, or failure to attend, will result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Emergency Considerations: In the event of illness or unforeseen emergencies, please reach out as soon as possible. We understand that life happens and will handle each situation with fairness and compassion.
No Refunds: Because time and energy are reserved specifically for you, payments for scheduled sessions are non-refundable.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cannot attend, you may gift your ticket to another woman to hold your space. Please email hello@earthschooladvisor.com with her name prior to the event.

Each retreat involves significant planning, reservations, and upfront commitments to venues and vendors – therefore, all retreat deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We require comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage for unforeseen events, illness, or travel restrictions to help you recover your costs in the unlikely event this happens.

All digital downloads, guides, or resources are final sale and non-refundable due to their immediate delivery nature.

In rare circumstances (illness, travel restrictions, natural disasters, insufficient enrollment, or other force majeure events), Earth School Advisor LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a service or retreat. If canceled for reasons within our control, you’ll receive a full refund of monies paid to us, minus any non-refundable retreat deposit. If cancellation occurs due to force majeure, refunds will be issued less the non-refundable retreat deposit and non-recoverable vendor costs; travel insurance is strongly recommended for this risk.
