Each session is a deeply relaxing, restorative experience designed to bring your body, mind, and spirit back into harmony. You’ll remain fully clothed lying comfortably on a cushioned table while hands-off intuitive energy work is performed. No manipulation of muscles, tissues, or joints is performed. All movements occur within the client’s energy field, several inches above the physical body. We’ll begin with a short conversation to identify what’s been feeling out of balance — whether physical, emotional, or energetic.

From there, I’ll perform an energetic body scan and test point check to sense areas of energetic blockages or imbalances that you may not be aware of. I will then channel healing energy through your energetic field to release and restore flow. Every session concludes with sound therapy to balance your chakras and a healing message from your angels— a client favorite that offers gentle reflection and guidance.

Your comfort sets the tone for our work together, so location is entirely up to you. The environment and tools used are intended to create a sacred and meditative atmosphere. You’re welcome to come to my private home office on the Duval/St. Johns County line —a calm, environment prepared with soothing energy and all healing tools.

If you prefer a session in your own space, for a small travel fee, I can come to you and bring everything needed for your session (table, sound instruments, and energy healing tools).

Just ensure there’s enough space for setup and quiet privacy. For those who feel most at peace outdoors, we can also meet in a natural setting such as a park or garden, where you can receive the healing rhythm of nature itself.

Energy transcends space and time; meaning isn’t limited by distance or physical space. It moves through intention, focus, and connection. That means healing can happen no matter where you are in the world. Think of it like this: when you think of someone and moments later they call or text you - that’s energy responding to focus and intention.

Remote healing works the same way. Through visualization, attunement, and focused connection, I tune into your energetic field and guide the healing process from afar. We can connect via Zoom (so we can see and speak with one another), or, if a live connection isn’t possible, I can attune to your energy using a full-body photograph. Whether in-person or remote, the energy flows just as powerfully.

While my practice is primarily devoted to supporting women, I also work with men who feel genuinely called to this kind of healing. Energy knows no gender — what matters most is your willingness to show up, participate, and receive. One of my ongoing clients is a male on the autism spectrum, and together we’ve used energy healing to ease his anxiety, open his throat chakra, and build confidence around his self-expression.
